OUR STORY

Shelby and Chris Collins owners for North Fulton Christmas Lights

Christopher Collins, a Peachtree Corners, GA native, began his journey serving our country as a U.S. Marine Corps infantryman, completing two combat tours in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

After his military service, Chris transitioned to law enforcement, serving first as an investigator with the City of Atlanta and later relocating to the Roswell Police Department.

A Partnership Built on Service

It was at the Roswell PD where Chris met Shelby, a fellow detective and now co-owner of the business. After two years of working as beat partners, Chris and Shelby decided to become partners for life and got married!

How It All Began

Looking for a way to earn extra income, Chris dove into research, invested in equipment, and started a side business.

Over time, the business flourished, and the couple found themselves at a crossroads. After much preparation and prayer, they made the leap to entrepreneurship on the same day their daughter, Iva, was born. As the business has grown, so has their family with the addition of Cooper!

Rooted In Community

Though their roles have changed, Chris and Shelby’s dedication to serving their community remains strong. Now, they channel that passion into bringing light and joy to homes and businesses. Residing in Roswell with their two children, Iva Claire and Cooper James, they are honored to continue serving in a new way.
